Users review: I really dont understand the 7.5??? Why is it bad? This show is gutsy…..not many shows deal with, or show the kind of things this show does…I watched it in Sweden,(where I live…yeahhhh)all four episodes, and didnt realize until the 2nd episode that it was run on NBC.I really thought it was a cable produced show…….not only does it deliver sweet looking co-ed dismemberment after attacking werewolf basically eats her to death,but also shows pedophiliac monsters,action and arm ripping jokes….I mean yeah, sure, somethings are off….. this city is crawling with blödbaden seemingly running wild,yet every single case is assigned to the same detective(are there any more detectives?and why is that specific Chinese cop always fetching what they need?Im guessing theyre his superior but he dresses like the rest of the cops…..,and the model looking vet girlfriend who makes me wonder if the next episode is the one where she dumps him…..other than that…….. Its funny,scary,creepy,interesting,and not very politically correct,which is great….I dont know maybe Im exaggerating ,but I cant wait to see what new Blödbaden they come up with…cool show…even more so after a smoke….

Users review: The only reason Ive been watching this since episode 1 is in some blind hope of a miraculous recovery. Unfortunately theres no sign of it, every episode is as bad as the previous ones, or even worse. Finally Im giving up.Shockingly superficial developments, lack of the slightest resemblance of rationality and unbelievable/unrelatable characters, no patience with the writing. It seems more like theatre than TV, everything is exaggerated to a point of hilarity. No subtlety, its all very quickly done with little appreciation of human nature. Tries to live off its shock value, both in the gratuitous violence and the ridiculously simplistic unrealistic developments and characters.To me the acting is also poor, especially of the followers, they are so theatrical, doesnt suit motion picture. Kevin Bacon is also unimpressive but theres not much he could have done with the lousy script. Its all very lifeless.Very disappointing, spend your time watching some insightful documentaries instead.Id feel guilty giving it 1 out of 10, after all I did struggle through a few episodes. So I give it 3, cos Im having a good day.

Users review: I read the books 15 years ago, and I was a bit excited and apprehensive about it being made into a TV series with all the liberties that are taken these days. Last night, I watched the pilot. I have a few beefs (missing character and particular character interactions), but mostly I think I was alright with it. It has been update to fit with the times a bit more.It appears that they are loosely following the story, and that is fine if they are making it into a series. To follow the books, they would have just needed to make a mini-series and been done with it. For a full-on TV series they needed to make many adjustments. Im a little sad that they are aiming so very hard for the Twilight crowd by throwing the romance factor in right away, but it has the potential to be pretty good.The acting isnt the greatest, but I have definitely seen much worse. This felt to me like actors that had not yet fit themselves into their characters. It will smooth out with time and become more comfortable for them and it will show through in the series. They have managed to obtain a bit of balance between the almost care-free world of high school and the dark gritty nature of what they cant see and dont know about. That was actually what I was most worried about.So, from a MAJOR fan of the books (I rejoiced when I realized they were with me instead of another state and started reading them for the umpteenth thousandth time) to the CW….So far, so good. Lets see where they take this and hope they keep true to the feel.

I have to say as many of the others, this show is like a breath of fresh air, there are some great comedies out there these days like Modern family and HIMYM, but this one is a bit different.. its sweet and endearing, a bit like Friends. And Im laughing my ass of over every episode. Zooey does a great job here like usually, and I like the rest of the cast as well. The first couple of episodes were a little slow to start but the show has really found its footing now. I really recommend it!

Users review: to be honest i hate all that fantasy crap, like harry potter, twilight, true blood, and i also hate all the shows that nbc and abc brings to the table. But the other night I was bored and a re run of this was on and I thought what the hell, Ill give it a try. This show is mind blowing. I am officially addicted. There are some questions I have, as the whole present time vs story time doesnt make a whole lot of sense. But the end of the first episode got me so insanely hooked. This show is definitely better than grimm. I dont know how there going to make seasons out of this show, but I am very excited to see. I gave it a 9 only because I am a bit confused on who some of the present time characters are. But besides that, amazing.

Users review: After the 10 or so reviews from F/X it might be time to get real.The review cannot ignore Charlie Sheen, his past and his past roles. If you had any expectations prior to the show they will be greatly dismissed. Interesting enough the show is a typical sitcom with a very average cast and extremely average writing. To my astonishment the show could run on any major network, not inappropriate words, no inappropriate behavior. That can be good or bad, make up your own mind about that.The show is explained in one sentence, Charlie is a therapist and is trying to help a group of people to get over their anger issues. While this could be hilarious but it is not.They have caught themselves in a net of professional terms that nobody can follow and Charlie Sheen is now the one people react to, he used to be the one who reacts in short sentences towards others. He talks too fast his voice is too dark and the laugh track in the background is making no sense.I give this 5 Stars for the many funny hours i had watching Charlie Sheen, this show is a complete failure in writing and casting. Sorry Mr Sheen, you had the lead in a show that was manufactured around you, you screwed it up, now you are stuck with this mediocre show.

Users review: There was a lot of anticipation for Amy Poehlers new series, at least around here there was, and after eagerly tuning in to the pilot episode and every episode since then, I can honestly say that it has lived up to my expectations! Parks and Recreation has a sort of dry humor, where the really funny parts are the awkward moments between Leslie (Amys character) and other characters. It is truly Amys strong point, as we saw during her (too short!) run on SNL and in movies like Blades of Glory and Baby Mamma. Amy absolutely steals the show, but it might be just because thats how the show has been written; the supporting cast are all strong actors, and, with the right material, could all bring in huge laughs for the show.It is obvious when watching Parks and Recreation that there has been a lot of effort put forth to put out a great show, and I believe they have pulled it off. The show leaves me not only laughing hysterically but also rooting for Leslie and her committee. The show is a welcome addition to my weekly TV schedule, and is worth checking out more than once.

Users review: Ive been watching Comedy Centrals SOUTH PARK since it first aired in 1997. Since then I have spent every Thursday morning talking with my best friend about the episode shown the night before. We both love the show and we both think that it is absolutely the best show on television. Its rude, its vulgar, its raunchy, but we love it. We cant help it. The show is just so hilarious that after a while we forget about how vulgar it is and just laugh at how outrageous it all is. As long as it is on the air, well be watching it!

Users review: Something totally different in a entertainment landscape of toned down crap. Finally something that pushes the boundaries and takes some chances. In a time when everybody worries so much about whats real they unwilling to buy into anything slightly outlandish. Suspend your disbelieve and take a walk into the strangest, most twisted little series Ive seen since Carnivale. I love this nightmarish ride into the twilight zone. I think the casting is superb. Great acting throughout. The writing is fast paced and doesnt stretch things out like many long winded series. Too many shows take for ever to get the ball rolling. This show is fast paced and never leaves you much chance to breath before springing another traumatic event your way. I can hardly wait to see where this fun house ride leads to next.
